Refunds and Returns Policy
At Royal Trading Co. we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand the guidelines for returning products.

Refund and Returns Period
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 4 days from the date of purchase. If 4 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria: - The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. - It must be in the original packaging.

Return Process
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, please contact us at royaltradingcompany15@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

Late or Missing Refunds
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please send us an email at royaltradingcompany15@gmail.com and ship the item to Shop No. 3, Shree Krishna Nagar, Road No. 19, Near Hanuman Mandir,MIDC , Andheri(E), Mumbai-400093.

Non-Returnable Items
The following types of goods are exempt from being returned: - Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. - Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. - Gift cards and downloadable software products. - Some health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions: - The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error. - The item is returned more than 4 days after delivery.

Exchanges:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps: - Check your bank account again. - Contact your credit card company. - Contact your bank. - If the issue persists, please contact us at [email address] for assistance.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Returns:
To return your product, mail it to Shop No. 3, Shree Krishna Nagar, Road No. 19, Near Hanuman Mandir, MIDC , Andheri(E), Mumbai-400093.. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Sale Items:
Sale items are eligible for return, but the refunded amount will be based on the sale price.

Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
